Product number:JSQ-Ⅲ

Main material:Stainless steel

Packing Quantity:12\/box

Weight (kg):17.5

Packing size (cm):401930

Structure and composition:

The hydrostatic pressure releaser is mainly composed of stainless steel bellows cover, bellows tray, spring, bracket plate, mandrel, large and small steel bowl, safety hook and rubber diaphragm. When the releaser sinks with the ship, the hydrostatic pressure of seawater acts on the One side of the diaphragm, the back of the diaphragm is the airtight chamber. The rubber diaphragm is under the action of hydrostatic pressure, and the compression spring drives the mandrel to move inward, causing the hook to slide out and turn from the end of the mandrel, so that the shackle is released, and the life raft is separated from the hull. float up and inflate open

Installation and use:

1. Automatic release: The hydrostatic pressure releaser will automatically cut off the connecting rope at a depth of 1.5-4m in the sea water, thereby releasing the life raft. Then the inflation and expansion process of the life raft will be started due to the tension of the first cable, and finally the weak ring will be released. Pull off, so that the life raft is completely free of the hull.

2. Manual release: the life raft can be put down by opening the slip ring. Then the inflation and expansion process of the life raft will be started due to the tension of the first cable, and finally the first cable will be manually cut off to make the life raft completely separate from the hull.

maintenance:

1. Regularly check the wear and deterioration of the easily broken rope. If it is found to be unsatisfactory, it should be replaced in time

2. The releaser should be subject to annual maintenance like the liferaft

3. Do not use sharp objects to puncture the diaphragm. If the diaphragm is found to be sticky, cracked, brittle and other abnormal conditions, it should be replaced immediately

4. Ensure that the water inlet is unobstructed, and the releaser must not be painted to avoid blocking the water inlet

Executive standard: Comply with SOLAS convention, IMO specification

certified product:CCS certificate
